The new MacBook Pro series takes Apple’s premium laptop offering to the next level, thanks to the new M4 family of processors. The most recent version even claims to deliver increased performance expectations through the new personal intelligence system for Apple Intelligence. The sleek space black and silver series of the new lineup offers high technology integration with better privacy and shapes a new horizon of professional computing.
The new MacBook Pro is the best illustration of Apple’s strive for higher standards with its Liquid Retina XDR display, which includes an optional nano-texture finish, and peak brightness of up to 1000 nits for SDR. The inclusion of a 12MP Center Stage camera enhances the now widespread video conferencing, while the outstanding 24-hour battery is a testament to the engineering put into the Mac brand, which has never seen such a lasting battery in any of its products.
The base model features the M4 chip and comes with three Thunderbolt 4 connectors as well as at least 16 GB of RAM. Premium models in 14 and 16 inches utilize the M4 Pro and M4 Max chips respectively and include the Thunderbolt 5 interface for further enhanced connectivity and data transfer speeds.
The MacBook Pro range will be available through the online stores as well as the Apple-only stores in Mumbai and Delhi from November 8. The basic price is ₹1,69,900 for the 14-inch M4 model and ₹1,99,900 for the M4 Pro. The base model with the 16-inch screen starts at ₹2,49,900, but there is a plethora of education pricing tiers that apply across the board.
Besides the Pro series, Apple has not abandoned the MacBook Air with the M2 and M3 chipsets with 16 GB unified memory as standard. These include midnight, starlight, silver, and space grey color options and Air series begin at ₹99,900.
