This total ban on the entry of visitors coming or going from China shall be in full force and effect immediately until an Official Declaration has been issued that the n-CoV or Wuhan Virus epidemic has already been eradicated.

For his part, Lila whale shark watching security officer Abundio Tagab said they were obeying the order, and foreign nationals ‘ passports were checked to verify their travel history.

Three nCoV cases have already been confirmed in the Philippines, the first being a 60-year-old Chinese national who travels from Wuhan, China.

The death toll in mainland China, the epicenter of the epidemic, has been raised to 811, according to the latest available statistics.
