Cebu Pacific celebrates the delivery of its very first aircraft for 2025, the 459-seat Airbus A330neo, delivered at Ninoy Aquino International Airport on Friday. This solidifies the airline’s commitment to affordable and sustainable air travel for both regional and long-haul.
Expanding Fleet
The new A330neo is the first of four aircraft planned to be delivered this year. An expansion program was put into operation by Cebu Pacific, as it ended with these fleet additions:
- 11 Airbus A330s
- 38 Airbus A320s
- 26 Airbus A321s
- 15 ATR turboprop aircraft:
This progress forms part of long-term investments into upgrading fleets within the business. In 2024, Cebu Pacific ordered a total of 152 Airbus aircraft for new deliveries to come within 2035. It also portfolios some 22 units with pending orders from earlier company transactions expected to arrive on arrivals the next few years.

Anniversary Seat Sale
As the final hurrah for its 29th anniversary celebrations, Cebu Pacific has a special seat sale offering rates that are as low as ₱1 (excl. taxes and fees), promo good until March 31, with travel dates from September 1, 2025, to February 28, 2026.
Prior to this, Cebu Pacific offered a fare promo of ₱29 earlier this month for its “29 Years Anniversary” celebration, coincidental because it marks the same date of their very first flight on March 8, 1996. From its humble beginnings as a low-cost domestic carrier to international expansion in 2001, Cebu Pacific has continued its growth since.
More Destinations, More Choices
Cebu Pacific now serves 37 domestic destinations and 26 international destinations, including major cities such as Beijing, Tokyo, Osaka, Dubai, and Melbourne. Recent expansions entail:
- New routes from Clark and Cebu
- The acquisition of AirSWIFT, which provides flights from Manila to El Nido’s Lio Airport
Cebu Pacific has witnessed an increase of 17.6% passengers in 2024, which speaks volumes about demand for affordable travel.
