TOKYO – As the Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe has declared an official state of emergency in Tokyo and several prefectures, people are recommended on staying at home to prevent the spread of the virus.

However,  a construction company employee ignored the order and went all the way to report on his job site in Yamagata’s Sakata City.

When his manager found out, he issued an on-site reprimanded to the younger employee by punching him in the face and striking him in the head.

With the current coronavirus crisis all over the world, the importance of social distancing and the refusal of employee to pratice it, the manager’s anger is understandable and some people find what he did commendable. The police authorities, however, didn’t take this lightly and reprimanded the manager.
