The world champion Djokovic wrapped up his opposite 24th seed Tomas Machac with 6-1, 6-4, 6-4, meanwhile another star player Alcaraz registered his win by overcoming the loss of the third set to Nuno Borges 6-2, 6-4, 6-7(3), 6-2.
The marathon match between Britain’s Jack Draper and Australia’s Aleksandar Vukic finished after a nearly four hour battle.
