Novak Djokovic, Carlos Alcaraz began the day six with their commendable performances and the weather condition has also favoured them which set the stage for the high-profile matches. The world champion Djokovic wrapped up his opposite 24th seed Tomas Machac with 6-1, 6-4, 6-4, meanwhile another star player Alcaraz registered his win by overcoming the loss of the third set to Nuno Borges 6-2, 6-4, 6-7(3), 6-2.

The marathon match between Britain’s Jack Draper and Australia’s Aleksandar Vukic finished after a nearly four hour battle. Jack took the side and was forwarded to the next round with the five-set thrilling scores 6-4, 2-6, 5-7, 7-6(5), 7-6(10-8). “I’m always interacting with my coach. He’s the one that’s there with me. Stefanos is just a support. It’s emotional support. But he’s been supporting me so much on that” said Paula.
