Indonesia has been received donations from companies and foundation during Covid-19 pandemic across the country. Diversified conglomerate Santini Group, through its subsidiary PT Santini Logmax Indonesia (SLI), donated 10,000 bottles of drinking water to the emergency hospital for COVID-19 patients in the Kemayoran athletes village, Central Jakarta.
SLI is the distributor of mineral water brand aoi-nano cluster. The company also donated drinking water to Surabaya National Hospital in East Java.

SLI production director Minoru Kondo and operational manager Fendy Kurniawan handed over the donation to a representative of the emergency hospital, Bima Kumara, on April 14.
Previously, on March 27, Santini Group and Pakarti Yoga Group donated Rp 10 billion (US$641,231) to the Indonesian Red Cross (PMI) through the Indonesian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (Kadin).
Another company, PT Hyundai Motor Manufacturing Indonesia (HMMI) has distributed 10 thousand sets of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) to medical workers in West Java under its endeavors to assist Indonesia deal with the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic.
Furthermore, Hyundai has assisted the West Java provincial administration in applying Drive-Thru COVID-19 rapid testing as a pioneering method for the swift and safe approach to diagnose coronavirus.
The 10 thousand sets of PPE, comprising protective clothing, masks, and gloves. Total donation of 50 thousand sets of PPE from the company were already handed out to the National Disaster Mitigation Agency (BNPB) early this month.
Meanwhile, the Ishihara Charity Foundation of Taiwan has donated 140 thousand sets of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) to Indonesia to help the Southeast Asian nation deal with the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic
The assistance arrived here on Saturday, April 25 after being picked up from its factory in Phnom Penh, Cambodia.
The government picked up the items by deploying the Indonesian Air Force’s Hercules C130 aircraft, Purbaya Yudhi Sadewa, the coordinating minister for maritime affairs and investment’s deputy, noted in a statement here on Saturday.
The aircraft, with 13 crew members aboard, departed from the Halim Perdanakusumah Air Base in East Jakarta on Friday (Apr 24) morning to pick up the 140 thousand sets of PPE worth US$540 thousand and weighing 12,256 kilograms donated by Taiwan.
The Ishihara Charity Foundation has provided Indonesia 15 ventilators, 140 thousand PPEs, 20 thousand face masks, and 300 thousand medical masks ordered from several countries, such as Cambodia and the Philippines, as well as from Taiwan itself. The 15 ventilators were received on Monday, April 20.
