HBO’s The Last of Us season 2 premiers on this date

HBO’s The Last of Us season 2 has finally got a release date. The first season of the series focused on PlayStation’s first hit video game. The upcoming season is majorly going to focus on the sequel ‘The Last of Us: Part II’.

For all crazy fans of the HBO series and the computer game by Naughty Dog, ‘The Last of Us’ season 2 is releasing on April 13, 2025. Like the sequel, the second installment takes place after a 5-year time jump and focuses on a more grizzled Joel and Ellie.

Pedro Pascal’s leading roles as Din Djarin in the Disney+ science fiction series ‘The Mandalorian’ (2019-2023) and Joel Miller in the aforementioned HBO series propelled him to international stardom. He has been the recipient of multiple accolades for his performances.

Besides Pascal and Bella Ramsey as Ellie, ‘The Last of Us’ season 2 also stars Kaitlyn Dever as Abby, Isabela Merced as Dina, Young Mazino as Jesse, Tati Gabrielle as Nora, Danny Ramirez as Manny and Ariela Barer as Mel.
