By announcing on social media that she will be visiting her husband Senator Chiz Escudero “soon,” Heart Evangelista ostensibly put an end to speculations that she and Chiz Escudero have separated after their marriage.
The actress revealed her Christmas plans in an Instagram post that she published on Tuesday, December 27, accompanied a video that she posted of herself strolling around Paris.
“Living between two worlds—Paris and Manila — Living between two worlds.” She wrote that there were two clocks in one. “Taking a stroll in Paris before heading back to the States for the New Year.”
She followed up her statement with “P.S. See you soon, Chiz Escudero.”
When Heart made her statement, it was the first time the star had publicly addressed her spouse since early August, when they were the subject of speculation that they had separated.
Fans first became suspicious that the status of their relationship was deteriorating when they observed that Heart had changed her identity on Instagram and dropped the surname Escudero from her profile. She also disclosed that she was going through some “personal issues” and that she was “searching for just being happy” in a vlog that she posted in the month of September.
In October, Heart disclosed that she had purchased an apartment in Paris, but she made it clear that she does not want to remain there permanently.
As this article is being written, Chiz has not yet provided a response to the reports about the breakup.
In 2015, Heart and Chiz tied the knot.
