How can AI affect and benefit Indonesia?

AI can help Indonesians by promoting collaboration among the government officials, industry, and the public. AI is already helping various sectors in Indonesia, including logistics, human resource, education, cybersecurity, and customer service.

In HR, AI can help to summarize financial reports and offer valuable insights to workers. In education, students can enjoy customized learning journeys by adopting AI. In cybersecurity, AI can help protect IT systems.

However, AI has certain negative effects. Artificial intelligence increases the risks of hacking. If AI algorithms are built with a bias or the data, they will provide biased results. AI also poses great ethical challenges to the community because certain results cannot reveal the full story.
