British pop artist Jessie J is pregnant again, more than a year after suffering a loss.
On Friday, January 6, the “Price Tag” singer posted a series of emotional videos of a positive pregnancy test, sonograms, and her proudly displaying her expanding baby bulge, with “Sunflower” playing in the background.
In November 2021, Jessie J discussed her pain following a miscarriage. In a now-deleted Instagram post, she stated that she “decided to have a kid on [her] own,” but when she went for her third ultrasound, she was informed that the baby had no heartbeat.
In March, the pop diva told Michelle Visage on a podcast that she “absolutely” still desired to become a mother. “Within the next two years, I intend to have a child. If I can. Whichever way it happens: naturally, surrogate, IVF, adopted, whatever – I’m open. And I am certain that will happen to me,” she remarked. Jessie J stated that she had “such maternal energy” and enjoys caring for infants and toddlers.
Jessica Ellen Cornish, whose actual name is Jessie J, has previously expressed her desire to become a mother. In 2018, she said that “Four Letter Word” was about her desire to become a mother or father.
“Price Tag,” “Flashlight,” “Bang Bang,” and “Domino” among Jessie’s best-known songs. Before announcing their separation in October 2020, she had an on-and-off romance with actor Channing Tatum.
