PM Muhyiddin meets high-ranking Miti officials

PUTRAJAYA – Newly appointed prime minister Tan Sri Muhyiddin Yassin met with the high ranking officials from the International Trade and Industry Ministry where they discussed issues related to the country’s foreign investments and international trade.

The meeting was held at the Prime Minister’s Office today, March 5. Ministry secretary-general Datuk Lokman Hakim Ali were also present to brief the prime minister.

The prime minister also received updates regarding the Asia Pacific Economic Cooperation (Apec). About 16,000 delegates are expected to make their way as Malaysia will host this year’s summit. The hosting of APEC 2020 will emphasise on three main elements – Hospitality, Substance and Inclusivity.
