If Rudolph wanted to join a herd of elephants helping Santa Claus deliver presents in Thailand, he would need something more than a red nose—he would need a trunk.

This week, as part of an annual tradition, mahouts dressed up as Santa Claus escorted the gentle giants to a school in the central region of Thailand where they distributed Christmas presents to about 2,000 pupils.
