The Department of Health said the number of Filipinos repatriated from the COVID-19-hit M / V Diamond Princess who had symptoms of respiratory disease has reached seven.
Vergeire said four of the seven repatriates had tested negative for COVID-19.
Whereas, on the other three repatriates, the DOH awaits the tests completed.
Vergeire said the test results performed by the Tropical Medicine Research Institute on the three repatriates may be published on Saturday or Sunday.
Six of the seven repatriates have sore throat, the DOH official said, while one has unproductive cough.
She added that the four repatriates who screened COVID-19 negative are still being treated at referral hospitals.
The DOH official also confirmed that all seven repatriates are in a stable state.
