The Summer is still going on and getting even hotter in north of Thailand, according to the Thailand Meteorological Department forecast.
The southerly and southeasterly winds blow with humidity from the South China Sea into the lower North, the Northeast, the Central and the East regions. Thundershowers with gusty winds are likely over upper Thailand. People have been advised to stay away from big trees and unsecured installations. Farmers should beware of crop damage. The stronger southerly and southwesterly winds across Bangkok and its vicinity will ease the dust/smog situation but it is expected to worsen in the upper North, in the morning, due to bad ascending of air-parcel.
From April 7-11, the heat low cell covers upper Thailand. Hot to very hot weather are expected in these areas. Meanwhile, the southerly and the southeasterly winds blow the humidity from the South China Sea into the lower North, the Northeast, the Central and the East. Isolated thundershowers with gusty winds are likely in the areas. On April 12-13, another high pressure area from China will extend to the Northeast and the South China Sea. Thunderstorms with gusty winds and hail will be likely in the upper country. On April12-13, people in upper Thailand should keep off trees, unsecured buildings and billboards. Farmers should beware of crop damage.
