The meticulously planned raid executed by the Philippine police resulted in the emancipation of 383 Filipinos, 202 Chinese nationals, and 73 other foreign individuals from a facility disguised as an online gambling establishment. The operation was set in motion following a crucial tip-off from a Vietnamese man who managed to escape the clutches of the syndicate in February.
